1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph99 ("ph99", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the ph99 website located at ph99.im and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Your continued use of ph99 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ph99 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, ph99's determination shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ph99 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ph99 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is absolutely prohibited.
• You are accessing ph99 as an individual natural person on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other party.
• You are not accessing ph99 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ph99 or any of its associated entities, game studios, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from ph99 via a self-exclusion request that remains active.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

ph99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi government authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in account suspension pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible, and all winnings generated from gameplay will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with ph99. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering for a ph99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh), and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph99 username and password. You agree to notify ph99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your ph99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account or any associated balance or bonus credit will render the account liable for immediate suspension.

3.5 KYC Verification

ph99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, when unusual account activity is detected, or on a routine basis as part of periodic account reviews. Players must cooperate fully with KYC requests to maintain account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳ ) via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bangladesh Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

ph99 does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered ph99 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Current deposit limits are displayed within the account cashier section at the time of transaction. ph99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours. ph99 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard BDT cashouts, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level for the withdrawal amount requested.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as your ph99 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-funded balance. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• ph99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security verification in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

4.5 Currency

All ph99 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All transactions, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard in a non-BDT currency may incur conversion charges imposed by their card issuer; ph99 has no control over such charges.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ph99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh calendar (including BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a ph99 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus; expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph99 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to hedge bets or exploit bonus terms.
• Placing low-risk, high-coverage bets (e.g., covering the majority of roulette numbers) with the primary purpose of meeting wagering requirements while minimising variance.
• Using bonus funds in games or bet types that are excluded from wagering contribution under the specific promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

ph99 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ph99 may withdraw or modify a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account. Once credited, the bonus will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games offered on ph99 — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game elements operated by trained dealers. 6.2 Game Provider Rules

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). ph99 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of match manipulation, data error, or system malfunction.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or communication failure during gameplay, ph99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. ph99 is not liable for any winnings that would have accrued had the malfunction not occurred. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

6.5 Responsible Gambling During Play

ph99 encourages all players to set personal stake limits and session time reminders before beginning play. These tools are accessible from your account settings at all times and are provided free of charge as part of ph99's commitment to responsible gaming.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph99. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money Laundering: Using ph99 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. ph99 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-reading software, or any other unauthorised software to interact with ph99 games or betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been used for gambling activity. ph99 will treat chargebacks as evidence of fraudulent intent and will pursue recovery of funds through all available means.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with ph99's platform, servers, game logic, or any other technical infrastructure in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software error, odds display error, or pricing mistake that results in an unreasonable advantage. ph99 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of obvious errors.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ph99

ph99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph99 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory enquiry.
• Unusual or suspicious activity has been detected that requires investigation.
• You have provided false or inaccurate registration information.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit made to your account.

During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. ph99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve suspension matters promptly and communicate with you via your registered email address.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ph99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During the exclusion period, ph99 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account, and any marketing communications will be suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

ph99 aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during peak periods such as BPL and IPL cricket seasons. However, ph99 does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions, and circumstances beyond ph99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the ph99 platform, even if ph99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Liability

Where ph99 is found to be liable for direct damages in connection with your use of the platform, ph99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your ph99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services

ph99 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party services integrated into the platform, including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), or data feed providers. Any claims arising from third-party service failures should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

10. Changes to Terms

ph99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms at ph99.im/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — ph99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of the current version in force.

Your continued use of the ph99 platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph99 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.
